They reduced the CC usage so much

Is this a punishment for the 2x usage during holidays ? Because I feel like I am reaching my cc limits 2x faster now 🥀 Edit : Don't mind but I am on 20 dollar plan because that's what I can afford somehow, so I am really used to hitting 5 hr limit and weekly limit very often. So i have a good idea how much it used to take before to hit the limits. Now things have changed that's why I complained.
