Personally I think it's fantastic that vibe-coders can now do the stuff software developers have trained to do for years.
But I'm wondering what is the new level of complex technology, beyond that which vibe-coders could build, which Claude has theoretically boosted an experienced software developer to?
Something that requires a lot of:
\- Architectural imagination - data models, authentication, encryption, API's etc
\- Claude tech knowledge - skills, plugins, plans, scripts, mcp etc
\- Complex vision - business analysis, content design, marketing etc
\- Software knowledge - languages, testing, git etc
I'm talking:
\- something **not many people** are working on
\- something exciting and **pioneering**
\- the new possibilities and frontiers of **software (and even hardware)**
\- could be **engineering** based, **software** based, **scientific** research
\- something a vibe-coder wouldn't have a hope to approach
