I feel guilty turning over my thinking over to AI.

Lately, I have been feeling a lot of guilt about how much I rely on Claude (and other AIs) for thinking.
I used to *struggle* with problems like design decisions, edge cases, refactoring, naming things, and understanding documentation. It was slow and frustrating, but I could feel my brain working.
Now I just ask Claude.
And it’s just too effortless.
I’m not stuck anymore. I’m not wrestling with ideas. I’m not pacing around trying to connect dots. I’m *consuming* answers instead of producing them. And while the output is often amazing, something feels off.
It honestly reminds me of porn (instant gratification).
**How do** ***you*** **use Claude without turning your brain off?**
