hey everyone
i’m working as a crm / lifecycle manager (email, push, in-app, segmentation, journeys, retention, etc.) and i’m trying to understand how to *properly* use claude ai in a real-world setup.
i’m not looking for generic “write better copy” answers. i’m more interested in how experienced crm, growth, or lifecycle people are using it day to day.
some things i’m curious about:
how do you use claude for crm strategy, not just copywriting?
do you use it for segmentation logic, hypotheses, journey design, or experimentation ideas?
can it help with lifecycle frameworks (activation, retention, reactivation)?
how good is it at thinking like a crm manager vs just sounding smart?
what skills should a crm manager develop to actually get value from claude (prompting, data context, logic framing, etc.)?
